Our Scorecards provide management with insights and metrics on quality and service. It is a way of capturing data and key insights. It can be used as a tool to provide personalised feedback from the customers or broader community and collect and assess the data to make informed decisions. It can take the form of:

These scorecards are fully customisable to any campaign and you receive the results instantly. You can run multiple assessments simultaneously if you need different data. The results are all in a PDF where you also get a database of all the email addresses from people who took the assessment.
